Hi everyone, Well, well, well, Mr. Thana, I"d love to say "wow" for your wonderful idea to create this forum for English users. At least it will be the best chanel for all the foreigners who"ve already been at Bansuanpyramid, to share their own experiences with us.
So Mr. Adam, Mr. Martin and ???? , We would love to hear anything from you ; what you think about Master Ubon and the event happening at Bansuanpyramid? or if you have any questions pls don"t hesitate to ask us, we"re happy to find out the answer for you.
I do understand it wouldn"t be easy to come accross clearly in the first visit to Bansuanpyramid.
A brief explanation, Master Ubon is the one who has strictly followed the Buddha Teaching and tried to prove it in scientific way. The rule of Karma is the law of universe. Whatever you"ve done to anything or anyone, you"re the one who have to pay it back sooner or later. Cos everyone in the universe is under the rule of Karma which is The Eternal Truth of Buddha.
Please bear in mind "What goes around comes around"
Welcome everyone to the holy website "Bansuanpyramid"
From Chanida

Hi Kun Whan, I"m really glad to see that you"ve tried to write in English. Would like to encourage everyone to write in English as well, don"t worry about the grammar or spelling. Just have a go!!!! Don"t be shy! None of us is an English native speaker, anyway.
Every little helps!
Welldone!!! Sister
Alright Khun Whan you"ve mentioned that we should present the idea of Sila 5 or The 5 Precepts to our foreign friends. Great suggestion though thanks!!! The Five Precepts (Sila5) The Five Precepts are recommendations given by the Buddha proposed to be lived by one who wishes to lead a peaceful life while contributing to the happiness of family and society. 1. No killing Respect for life No killing The Buddha said, "Life is dear to all beings. They have the right to live the same as we do." We should respect all life and not kill anything. Killing ants and mosquitoes is also breaking this precept. We should have an attitude of loving-kindness towards all beings, wishing them to be happy and free from harm. Taking care of the earth, its rivers and air is included. One way that many Buddhists follow this precept is by being vegetarian. No stealing If we steal from another, we steal from ourselves. Instead, we should learn to give and take care of things that belong to our family, to the school, or to the public. No sexual misconduct Proper conduct shows respect for oneself and others. Our bodies are gifts from our parents, so we should protect them from harm. Young people should especially keep their natures pure and develop their virtue. It is up to them to make the world a better place to live. In happy families, the husband and wife both respect each other. No lying Being honest brings peace into the world. When there is a misunderstanding, the best thing is to talk it over. This precept includes no gossip, no back-biting, no harsh words and no idle speech. No intoxicants The fifth precept is based on keeping a clear mind and a healthy body. One day, when the Buddha was speaking the Dharma for the assembly, a young drunkard staggered into the room. He tripped over some monks who were sitting on the floor and started cursing loudly. His breath reeked of alcohol and filled the air with a sickening stench. Mumbling to himself, he reeled out the door. Everyone was astonished at his rude behavior, but the Buddha remained calm. "Great assembly!" he spoke, "Take a look at this man! He will certainly lose his wealth and good name. His body will grow weak and sickly. Day and night, he will quarrel with his family and friends until they abandon him. The worst thing is that he will lose his wisdom and become stupid." Little by little, one can learn to follow these precepts. If one sometimes forgets them, one can start all over again. Following the precepts is a lifetime job. If one kills or hurts someone"s feelings by mistake, that is breaking the precepts, but it was not done on purpose. ________________________________________________________________________
If you understand these basics teaching of the Buddha well, it will be easier to understand what exactly Master Ubon is doing now. You could say whatever happens in Bansuanpyramid is "Miracle" but in fact she"s just proved how the rule of Karma really works. "CAUSE" and "EFFECT" That"s it for today, huh?????
By the way , The small model of Pyramid and The Banknote which Mr.Surasith has written about, are sort of sacred objects from Bansuanpyramid. Believe it or not, they can bring you luck and happiness.

This Dhammatalk is very useful for people who are seeking for the peaceful in mind, I translated into Thai so that you can follow the right method of meditation. I do hope this one will help you to access the higher self inside your physical body soon.
On Meditation
To calm the mind means to find the right balance. If you try to force your mind too much it goes too far; if you don"t try enough it doesn"t get there, it misses the point of balance.
Normally the mind isn"t still, it"s moving all the time. We must strengthen the mind. Making the mind strong and making the body strong are not the same. To make the body strong we have to exercise it, to push it, in order to make it strong, but to make the mind strong means to make it peaceful, not to go thinking of this and that. For most of us the mind has never been peaceful, it has never had the energy of samādhi, so we must establish it within a boundary. We sit in meditation, staying with the "one who knows".
If we force our breath to be too long or too short, we"re not balanced, the mind won"t become peaceful. It"s like when we first start to use a pedal sewing machine. At first we just practise pedalling the machine to get our coordination right, before we actually sew anything. Following the breath is similar. We don"t get concerned over how long or short, weak or strong it is, we just note it. We simply let it be, following the natural breathing.
When it"s balanced, we take the breathing as our meditation object. When we breathe in, the beginning of the breath is at the nose-tip, the middle of the breath at the chest and the end of the breath at the abdomen. This is the path of the breath. When we breathe out, the beginning of the breath is at the abdomen, the middle at the chest and the end at the nose-tip. Simply take note of this path of the breath at the nosetip, the chest and the abdomen, then at the abdomen, the chest and the tip of the nose. We take note of these three points in order to make the mind firm, to limit mental activity so that mindfulness and self-awareness can easily arise.
When our attention settles on these three points, we can let them go and note the in and out breathing, concentrating solely at the nose-tip or the upper lip, where the air passes on its in and out passage. We don"t have to follow the breath, just to establish mindfulness in front of us at the nose-tip, and note the breath at this one point - entering, leaving, entering, leaving.
There"s no need to think of anything special, just concentrate on this simple task for now, having continuous presence of mind. There"s nothing more to do, just breathing in and out.
Soon the mind becomes peaceful, the breath refined. The mind and body become light. This is the right state for the work of meditation.

Deepest thanks to Khun Thana for sharing this marvelous article to everyone. It"s very kind of you to translate into Thai as well. And um!! it"s really good translation. I"m quite amazed , really!!!!
In my opinion, "Balance" this word is very important, everyone should be more concerned about "it".
If once, when your mind or body is not in balance, then you"ll be miserable easily.
If there"s too much thing in your head, it makes you stress so you have to clear your mind first, to keep it in BALANCE.
The meditation is the best method to balance your mind. Once when you have healthy mind, then you"ll have healthy body.
The secret is, if you want to reach the right state of meditation to become peaceful and light. You must strictly follow the 5 precepts in your daily life otherwise it could be really hard to get that level.
Try and find it out by yourself!!!! ________________________________________________________________
Thank you very much for your compliment , Khun Whan. But I didn"t write the 5 precepts into English myself. Just search it on the internet, read it through and choose the version I like most. That"s it !! Easy and Simply.

Hi Kun Nutcha,
Welcome back to the webboard,it"s been a while that I didn"t see you make any comments.
By the way, I do agree that what we"re doing now is gonna be useful for everyone in the world. Because the philosophy of the Buddha is very practical and universal. It doesn"t matter who you"re , what a belief you hold or what religion you are , you all can learn about the Buddha teaching.
If you learn and apply it to your daily living, one day you"ll be free from suffering and rebirth.
As the Buddha teachings can help Kun Nutcha out of the troubles , depressions and confusions, right???? ____________________________________________________________________________

This Dhammatalk is very good for the ones who desired to improve thier meditation or to calm down their mind at anywhere anytime. Most of questions are common issue of people in trying practice meditation even you are Thai,Western or..., Answers are immediated response during discussion by the venerable enlighten monk who free from all lust and back to nirvana already. Thank you : http://www.ajahnchah.org/book/Questions_Answers1.php Questions and Answers
You may wish to travel, to visit other teachers and try other systems. Some of you have already done so. This is a natural desire. You will find out that a thousand questions asked and knowledge of many systems will not bring you to the truth. Eventually you will get bored. You will see that only by stopping and examining your own mind can you find out what the Buddha talked about. No need to go searching outside yourself. Eventually you must return to face your own true nature. Here is where you can understand the Dhamma. Each person has his own natural pace. Some of you will die at age fifty, some at age sixty-five, and some at age ninety. So, too, your practice will not be all identical. Don"t think or worry about this. Try to be mindful and let things take their natural course. Then your mind will become quieter and quieter in any surroundings. It will become still like a clear forest pool. Then all kinds of wonderful and rare animals will come to drink at the pool. You will see clearly the nature of all things (sankhārās) in the world. You will see many wonderful and strange things come and go. But you will be still. Problems will arise and you will see through them immediately. This is the happiness of the Buddha. It is as though you are walking down a road. Periodically you will run into obstacles. When you meet defilements, just see them and just overcome them by letting go of them. don"t think about the obstacles you have passed already. Don"t worry about those you have not yet seen. Stick to the present. Don"t be concerned about the length of the road or about the destination. Everything is changing. Whatever you pass, do not cling to it. Eventually the mind will reach its natural balance where practice is automatic. All things will come and go of themselves. Wisdom is for yourself to watch and develop. Take from the teacher what is good. Be aware of your own practice. If I am resting while you must all sit up, does this make you angry? If I call the color blue red or say that male is female, don"t follow me blindly. One of my teachers ate very fast. He made noises as he ate. Yet he told us to eat slowly and mindfully. I used to watch him and get very upset. I suffered, but he didn"t! I watched the outside. Later I learned. Some people drive very fast but carefully. Others drive slowly and have many accidents. Don"t cling to rules, to outer form. If you watch others at most ten percent of the time and watch yourself ninety percent, this is the proper practice. At first I used to watch my teacher Ajahn Tong Raht and had many doubts. People even thought he was mad. He would do strange things or get very fierce with his disciples. Outside he was angry, but inside there was nothing. Nobody there. He was remarkable. He stayed clear and mindful until the moment he died. Looking outside the self is comparing, discriminating. You will not find happiness that way. Nor will you find peace if you spend your time looking for the perfect man or the perfect teacher. The Buddha taught us to look at the Dhamma, the truth, not to look at other people. Sometimes you may see other monks behaving badly. You may get annoyed. This is suffering unnecessarily. It is not yet our Dhamma. You may think like this: ""He is not as strict as I am. They are not serious meditators like us. Those monks are not good monks"". This is a great defilement on your part. Do not make comparisons. Do not discriminate. Let go of your opinion as watch your opinions and watch yourself. This is our Dhamma. You can"t possibly make everyone act as you wish or be like you. This wish will only make you suffer. It is a common mistake for meditators to make, but watching other people won"t develop wisdom. Simply examine yourself, your feelings. This is how you will understand.
